• By accessing or using the Academia Classes website, mobile interfaces, or any associated digital services, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent if a minor.
• If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
• Academia Classes reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.

The Academia Learning Store provides curriculum-aligned study materials, handwritten notes, previous years' question papers (PYQs), formula sheets, and chapter summaries.

• Digital Delivery & Instant Access: All purchases made via the Learning Store are for intangible digital content (such as downloadable PDF files). Access is granted immediately upon confirmed receipt of payment.
• Single User License: When you purchase a digital study material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational study.
• Prohibition of Resale & Redistribution: You strictly may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, share across file-sharing networks or social media groups, or commercially exploit any part of the study materials without explicit prior written authorization from Academia Classes.
• Security & Watermarking: Study materials downloaded from our platform may be cryptographically watermarked with your order identifier or contact details to prevent unauthorized distribution. Tampering with or removing watermarks is strictly prohibited.

• Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly noted otherwise.
• Payment Processing: Online payments are processed through RBI-authorized, secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways (including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets). Academia Classes does not store your card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Authoritative Pricing: In the event of a technical anomaly or typographical error displaying an inaccurate price, the authoritative price maintained in our primary database shall prevail.
• Coupon Codes: Promotional and educational coupon codes may be issued at our sole discretion. Only one valid coupon may be applied per transaction. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or retroactively redeemed.
• Official Invoices: Upon successful transaction completion, an official computer-generated Tax Invoice / Payment Receipt is issued, downloadable immediately from the order confirmation screen or user dashboard.

Because digital study materials, e-books, and downloadable PDFs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned. In cases of duplicate debits or verifiable platform delivery failures, our comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the dispute resolution and claim process.

• Verification Requirements: Educators registering on Academia Classes must submit authentic credentials, educational qualifications, and valid identity proofs. Submitting fraudulent credentials will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Verification Fee: Any educator registration or background verification fee charged is utilized for document inspection, identity confirmation, and profile management.
• Zero Tuition Commission: Academia Classes facilitates direct, ethical connections between students/parents and educators without deducting hidden commission from agreed home tuition fees.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, curriculum outlines, designs, text, graphics, and proprietary software code featured on this platform are the sole property of Academia Classes or licensed to us. Unauthorized usage, mirroring, scraping, or extraction of content without express written consent is actionable under Indian Copyright and Cyber laws.

• Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform security, payment gateways, or digital rights management mechanisms.
• Providing false, deceptive, or misleading information during checkout, account registration, or student-tutor inquiries.
• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or extraction tools against the Learning Store or notes directory.
• Harassing, abusing, or defaming any student, parent, educator, or staff member of Academia Classes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam, India.
